My name is Chris Palmer, and I have nearly 20 years of welding experience across industrial, commercial, and specialized applications.

Throughout my career, I have worked on projects supporting nuclear power facilities and at Y-12 National Security Complex, where quality, precision, and strict welding standards are essential. During that time, I earned and maintained numerous welding certifications and developed a strong commitment to workmanship, safety, and quality control.

In addition to welding, I currently serve in a Quality Control role, where I inspect welds and verify compliance with project specifications, procedures, and quality standards. This experience gives me a unique perspective—not only do I perform welds, but I also understand what inspectors look for and what it takes to meet demanding quality requirements.

I have also had the privilege of serving as a welding instructor for Tennessee Colleges of Applied Technology Crossville, helping train the next generation of welders and sharing the skills and techniques I’ve developed throughout my career.
